Grammy-nominated gospel singer, Bryon Cage has expressed his excitement as he looks forward to joining thousands of worshipers at the JoshuaVille ‘Night of Worship’ on Friday, 15 November in Victoria Island, Lagos. JoshuaVille is the Young Professionals arm of City of David, Redeemed Christian Church of God.
“I am excited to join the children of God in the heart of Africa this Friday to worship and to back in His presence,” Cage said in a statement issued today. “I can’t wait to be at the JoshuaVille and to share the time with these songs that have given us all strength, faith, hope and connected us to the Kingdom of our father.”
Cage is one of the award-winning artistes headlining the 5th edition of the programme, an annual gathering where people from various ethnicity and denominations gather for an all-night worship encounter. Other international performer4s are Shana Wilson and Sonnie Badu. This year is themed ‘The indescribable God’.
With seven albums under his belt, with hit singles such as ‘Great and Mighty’, Cage continues to lead Christians across the world in worship – snatching a Grammy nomination in 2006 for New Gospel Album of the Year with ‘An Invitation to Worship’.
Night of Worship 2013 holds this Friday, 15 November from 10pm till dawn at Promise Land opposite City Of David, CoD church road, off Ligali Ayorinde, Victoria Island, Lagos. Other ministers at the event include BeeJay The Voices in Zion, The Sounds of Heaven and The Psalmists.
